On the ground floor is the main, oak-beamed, bedroom with en suite bathroom,it has a double bed and ample space for a cot should you need one, It has doors to the outside and to the fully equipped kitchen, which includes dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer as well as the large dining table. The double exterior doors can be left open while you eat on hot days. A door leads from the kitchen to the large lounge with television and video. The fully tiled shower room and WC is adjacent. 

A spiral staircase leads up to two further beamed bedrooms, one with double bed and one with three singles. One of the settees in the lounge also converts to a double bed should you wish. With your own terrace, furnished with table, chairs and BBQ and two hectares of pasture you may not wish to be indoors for long. 

Oh yes, I almost forgot to mention our individually designed 20 metre floodlit swimming pool, with a shallow area for children. It is set in a garden environment with views over countryside and of our ancient barn with 'pigeonnier'.

Bed linen and towels are provided, including swimming towels. The Gite is cleaned prior to your arrival but if you would like additional maid service it can be arranged at extra cost. If you need any essential shopping because of a late arrival please let us know.

Evening meals can also be arranged if you wish.

Queyrels lies 20 kilometres south of Bergerac. Set in the midst of the verdant Lot-et-Garonne countryside, and nestling in the Dropt valley, beneath the small village of Lalandusse, Queyrels is one of the most relaxing places imaginable.

This is an ideal location for walking and cycling through rich farmland, orchards and vineyards. Or for those less energetic days, there is fishing on site, or you can just relax by the pool or the lake to enjoy the sun and clean air.

Refundable breakages deposit of £150 required with confirmation of booking, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

30% of rental fee due with confirmation of booking and the remainder 6 weeks before arrival. For late bookings this can be paid on arrival.
