Three Accommodation options

Three charming properties coverted from farm buildings: the farmhouse, La Ferme, which accommodates up to ten people; and the converted barn adjoining which contains La Grange and La Petite Maison for up to six and four people respectively. All three properties open onto the courtyard which is pleasantly scented by honeysuckle and a Catalpa tree during the summer.

Cappe is situated on the D18 Ste. Foy La Grande - Eymet route, about 1km southeast of the village of Coutures on the right hand side travelling towards Eymet.

The superb filtered heated swimming pool has underwater lights, so you can take that midnight swim you’ve always promised yourself! It’s larger than most private pools so you can actually string a few strokes together before hitting the other side. The pool is surrounded by paved terraces where you can gently bake. There’s plenty of more active leisure pursuits available, too on site we have Badmington, Table tennis, Football, Boule, Darts and a well equiped Gym to work of the excess form the many superb resturants in the region.

There are several horse/pony riding centres in the area, canoeing down the Dordogne and golf courses. Fishing galore in the many rivers and lakes in the area. On the other hand you can just soak up the sun in the courtyard or by the pool! Bicycles can be hired locally and delivered on site.

La Ferme

The stone-built farmhouse has been beautifully restored, retaining many original features and offers spacious accommodation for up to ten people.

La Ferme features: Spacious entrance terrace, exposed beams, fireplace and old tiled  floors. On the ground floor there is a  large lounge with fireplace and wood burning stove. Terrace onto courtyard with Bar-B-Que and Garden furniture.

Accommodation: Dining kitchen with dishwasher,Fridge Freezer and micro-wave etc. Large lounge, five bedrooms - 3 double & 2 twin-bedded, sleeping 10 people. Bathroom comprising bath, bidet, shower cubicle, wc  and a wash basin + wc downstairs.

Further shower and separate wc with washbasin upstairs. On site facilities include TV lounge with UK satelite and a large collection of video's. A well equiped Gym and Table tennis.

La Grange

Adjoining La ferme, the stone-built barn has been tastefully converted, retaining much of its character and  offers comfortable accommodation for upto six people.

La Grange features: A light and airy entrance leading directly into the salon which features part double-storey height and a gallery at first floor level. The spacious and open ground floor incorporates a lounge, fully fitted kitchen with microwave,dishwasher,fridge freezer and a dining area. The bathroom comprises a bath, wc and washbasin. There is also a a separate shower room and a further wc with washbasin. The staircase leads upstairs to the gallery, overlooking the lounge entrance. There are three bedrooms - 2 double & 1 twin-bedded. The terrace is at the front looking onto the courtyard with garden furniture and Bar-B-Que(gas).

La Petite Masion

Spacious and comfortable accommodation for four. La Petite Maison provides comfortable accommodation for four people. It comprises a dining/kitchen with microwave,Fridge freezer etc leading to the spacious lounge with French-windows which open onto the terrace and courtyard with garden furniture and Bar-B-Que. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms - one double & one twin-bedded - and a shower room/wc. The cottage benefits from all the on-site facilities ie. Large swimming pool, table tennis,TV lounge (UK satelite), Badmington, Gymnasium etc.
