From the "search" form on the right hand side you can choose various options to search under. For example you can choose to search for all properties available in any given country, or you can restrict your search further by choosing only 3 or 2 bedroomed properties at any given country etc. If you do not set any restrictions it will show you all properties available in all countries when you click the "search" button. You can even search on "availability" by choosing your "From Date" and "To Date" and then clicking the "Search" button. Once the list of properties available has appeared you can then click on "more details" link to see more information about any particular property including pictures, and a form for sending a message directly to the property owner ("Send An Enquiry About This Property").
Alternatively, you can click directly on the country names on the left hand side of the page to display properties in that particular country. Whichever way you search you are able to sort the results given by "date added" to website (handy if you only want to see new properties added since you last looked), number of bedrooms, or number of bathrooms etc.
Each property featured within the website has an availability calendar so, providing the property owner is using the calendar feature, you should be able to see when each property is available and when it is not.
Finally, every property on the site has a property ID number, and if you know the property ID number you can search for that property directly using the "Search By Id. No" box on the right hand side of the home page. You do not have to register to use the website!

Every property featured within the website spends time on the initial home page listings when the website is accessed. And sometimes it is first on the list!
This is how it works: every time the home page is accessed by a different computer/browser 20 different properties are shown on the home page in random order until every property listed within the website has been shown on the home page, and then it goes through the whole cycle again and again.
We also have the same rotational system operating when a website user clicks directly onto or searches a specific country, which means every property is guaranteed the same exposure. We think this is the fairest solution for every property owner and leads to increased enquiries for everybody.
How do you pay for the entry and for renewal of the entry?
At the moment we use Paypal for our secure online payments. It is also possible to send a cheque or direct to bank payment.
How will you receive booking enquiries?
All rental enquiries generated at the website go directly from the enquirer to you so you can approve or disapprove any enquirer and therefore aleviate any worry about who is renting your property. All your booking enquiries are sent by email to your personal email address via the enquiry form on your property page. In addition, potential customers may contact you via any telephone number that appears in your advert. Many rental enquiries are also received to us directly via the website and when this happens we always put the enquiry out to our registered members (via our private members forum) so that anyone who wishes to can reply regarding that enquiry.
I am worried about who will rent my property and if they will take care of it.
